What We've Been Up To - December 2011

It's January 1st already. Happy New Year! This is my final installment of 2011's "What We've Been Up To!" ... I guess it's time to put some thought in to how I want to lay out the 2012 WWBUp2. I just looked back at my mini albums and I've been doing these little books since 2008. Wow. Time flies. I looked through 'em all and I really enjoyed taking a short walk through the years. This is a fun little project so I'm definitely going to continue it next year.

What We've Been Up To - November 2011

It's the 18th of December and somehow I completely forgot to do my installment of What We've Been Up To for November. I guess I've been busy. :) I got up this morning and put it together though so here it is!

Now I need to put some thought into what I want to do for 2012. I think I'm going to continue making them - I've been making them since 2009 (or was it 2008?). Every once in a while I grab my mini-books and check out the old photos. I enjoy that. Hmmm ... maybe I'll change it up a bit. Maybe I won't. I guess I have a couple weeks to think about it!

(FYI, I used a grungy texture overlay for an grunge-y, vintage-y look and a snowflake overlay for some subtle snowflakes. I like the look.)

What We've Been Up To - August, September & October 2011

Here's my current installments of my WWBUp2 (What We've Been Up To) mini book. This is a mini book that I add pages to every month and send to the grandparents. I keep it super simple so I can put it together quickly, print in 5x7, and send off to the grandparents and they can just add it to the jump ring. I love it. Keep it simple, right?! I think this is my third or fourth year doing this already. Here's October's version:
