Connections Around the Globe

With windchills at -51 degrees standing outside and waiting for a bus to go to work was not a safe idea. Guess what it is a good day for? Sitting by the fire and scrapping!

A Weekend at Cedar Point with the Liesner

I'm filling out pages for my 2017 album. I go through my photos month-by-month to see if there are stories I still want to tell. I ran across these photos from a weekend "up north" that I completely forgot about! I like this end of the scrapbook year review!

Project Life 2017 | Weeks 17-21

Catching up on Project Life... I'm not sure what happened, but I somehow got a couple of months behind. I am enjoying the super simple format I went with this year ... it's going to make getting caught back up easy.

I made all these 5 weeks using Wishing Well Creations' Project 2016 April collection.

Biking Minneapolis

I love playing in Photoshop! I was able to create page using pretty much only the tools in PS. Love that!

Roll Over Maggie (or not!)!

I made this page for an Ad Challenge at The Digital Press.

Be sure to check out the QR Code. Maggie was definitely not interested in learning to roll over. She was willing to eat any and all treats offered to her though. ;)

Be Loved | 1962 Mom & Dad moving from Munich to the USA (Nancie Rowe Janitz)

Did I mention I joined Nancie Rowe Janitz' creative team?! Fun stuff!

FYI ... this amazing photo was taken in Munich in 1962 ... it's my Mom and Dad as they were readying to go to the airport for their move to the USA. I just love it!

Travel the World | Dusseldorf Weinachtsmarkt

For the past several years my husband has spent a week in Germany in mid-November for a medical show. During his time there my uncle Andreas and cousin Reinhold have always met him in Dusseldorf and they’ve spent an afternoon visiting, having lunch and wandering around the city. My husband's stay has always coincided with the start of Weihnachtsmarkt so it’s a great kickoff to the Christmas season!

Project Life | Week 46

Can you believe we're up to Week 46 already? WOW!

I looked through my stash of kits by Mye De Leon and decided on her I Collect Memories Unscripted Collection for this week's pages. I also threw in one of Cathy Zielske's Privacy Circles because my kids would kill me if I included a sleeping picture of them! I TOTALLY get it and respect that. My daughter was so cute sleeping with the dog though so I couldn't cover up the pup! LOL!

Einstein?! (my awesome uncle!) New Release from Wishing Well Creations

Good morning and happy Friday! It's new release day at Pixels & Company and I used a newly released template set (Stitched Down Vol. 4) by Wishing Well Creations for this page. I just took a peek at the four different Stitched Down template sets Laura has released and it looks like I've used several from each set. They're without a doubt some of my favorite templates!

As for these fun photos ... my Uncle Andreas is an awesome guy and I could simply not pass up scrapping this hilarious (at least to me!) Einstein photo! He's so funny and knowledgeable and an all around entertaining guy!
